This is what I'm spending my time on right now.

The new facility

I'm negotiating the LOI on a 150×80 warehouse in Charlotte that will become Hoops College's permanent home. I'm also estimating what it will cost to convert the space and move in — flooring, hoops, locker rooms, the rest. Lease terms first, then build-out.

The program

I'm running the day-to-day. Training sessions. Schedule. Tracking each player's progress. Managing the finances. Working through the always-on reality of a small business — including the families who decide to quit. Some go because they aren't willing to do the work. Some go because life changes. We help the ones who stay get better.

The app

The Hoops College shooting analysis app is in beta. Computer vision, real feedback on shooting form. I'm not spending much time on it right now beyond finding testers. If you coach a team and you want to put it in your players' hands, email me.
